30 Rock Your Workout!

Possible goals: fitting in physical activity, getting fit, watching TV without looking lazy, staring at Alec Baldwin without looking weird, collecting celebrity cameos

If you’re a Pinterest addict like I am, you’ve probably seen this post:
 Since I stumbled on this game based on the Harry Potter movies, I’ve been seeing a lot of drinking game inspired workout games.  The idea of taking a normally sedentary activity and making it interactive–in the old fashioned move yo body way–holds a lot of potential for a game player like me.  I immediately began working on a series of workouts for my favorite shows.  My absolute favorite show on TV right now is NBC’s 30 Rock.  Tina Fey’s comedic timing is impeccable, the casting is unbeatable, and the plot lines are tangled and fun. Best of all, there are many running gags throughout the show, which makes it perfect for a workout game based on the occurrence of certain events. Of course, the show is on hiatus for the summer, so you’ll have to catch reruns, buy a season on DVD, or dust off the old DVR to play along. Oh, and if you’re looking for a snack for afterwards, humans need more animal blood. It keeps the spine straight. 😉 Without further ado, here is my game for this post. Enjoy, and happy living!
